Nice, but...

Liked: Decor, cleanliness, size of accessible room
Disliked: Hard to find, night shift desk person language issues, day shift desk person attitude issues, accessible bathroom had no towel hooks/hangers & shower splashed way out into room which was very hazardous, mattress was comfortable but had a definite "hole" making it feel like I was rolling downhill or climbing up, the upholstered chair next to bed had an unsavory stain on the seat.

Liked: The location is great. Rates were reasonable. The staff were so accommodating to our needs- early check in then late check out due to flight delay. So understanding and kind!

Liked: Other than the pool being closed we enjoyed our stay. the location was very convenient and the property was very nice.
Disliked: We picked this facility because of the pool and the pool is closed. There was no notification on the website about the pool closure. That was something that was very important to us.
