Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Pool was cold.telephone didn't work.even after I told front desk.i booked a king size bed.i got 2 full beds.no hot water 1 day.i tried to checkout.woman behind the desk did not look up at me .she was watching her phone.i had to say excuse me,even tho she clearly saw me standing there.i said I wanted to check out.she said it was sent to my email.her videos on phone was more important then customer service

Disliked: Some how one of my reservations got cancelled when I didn’t cancel it. So one of the king rooms was not available. After driving 4 hours to get there it was not a pleasant experience. The room smelled of mildew and they didn’t clean the room or exchange the towels . I had to take the dirty one to the front desk for clean ones. I have stayed in Fairfield’s before in other states. This one sucked!
