Liked: Had yo book last minute due to flight cancellation. Room was clean. Front desk staff was helpful in trying to get a toothbrush. However, there were none available. There was some toothpaste which was helpful.

Superb

Liked: The customer service was top tier. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Very friendly staff and when I needed something the service was exceptional. I will definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. It's only a few minutes from the airport and the shuttle ride was free. The beds are comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful.
Disliked: The fact that the hotel is far from downtown Chicago is the only dislike.
