I was not happy with...
Disliked: Parking was not good and the location was terrible. Heard every car on the highway all night.

Liked: Location was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and had a variety of delicious choices. The outdoor pool was also nice.

I had a terrible experience...
Liked: I aaked for a handicap room sent a message weeks prior get there they say they never saw my note. They also had two reservations not sure why.... I also called before traveling to ensure what I would pay at the property they said nothing extra then I check in and charged an incidentals fee that took a big portion of mu money I was traveling with. My mom is disabled and I always ask for handicap accessible rooms. They said only one room on the property and unfortunately they didn't see my notation so it's taken. 24 hours later they offered to move us however we had an event that day and had already settled in. The only good thing is we are on the first floor near the desk and breakfast area other than that this stay not very accommodating. How did you know to put me on the 1st floor if you didn't see my notes. I stated first floor handicap accessible room. Then I was told that the incidental fee could be $20-100 & was charged the higher amount. I think my stay should be refunded at least half of my money back or a night . I don't want points nothing but my money. The service is horrible you call the front desk and it takes 20 minutes after to get what you asked for. I stayed here because of the location. It has been terrible and the breakfast wasn't that great either. No urgency about anything just a horrible experience. Since I booked three a 3rd party nothings they could do about refunding me o r a free night. Customer Service isn't what it use to be.
Disliked: Just overall training the manager very nice most of the staff not as much they just work there and have a job.
