Pleasant

Disliked: There were no wash clothes for us to use one of the night - was told they were not cleaned..Very disappointing.we have stayed here several times and this was the first time we were told this.

Clean & comfy stay

Liked: Kids loved the indoor pool area, i enjoyed having a desk in the room to answer emails and get work done. Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was different i liked the many options that were offered!
Disliked: Nothing! For one night it was great!

Super badl!!

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Fairfield Inn by Marriott, you were supposed to be our peaceful landing pad after a 12.5 hour drive from Indiana.Instead; - Pool: Closed for maintenance. The one thing I was actually looking forward to. Did I mention it was 100 degrees (37.7 celcius). Did you let me know the pool was closed ahead of arrival....no. - Room 213: AC sounded like a helicopter crash-landing. New room 216- WiFi: Wouldn't load the login page on Samsung phones. Staff told us it was our problem and gave us a help desk number to call. Absolutely not. I'm too tired to troubleshoot like it's 2004.
