At check-In Í asked for...

Liked: Breakfast was included and free parking.
Disliked: At check-In Í asked for a room not facing the street, the FD agent said she got me a room facing the pool. When we got in the room, it was exactly the opposite. She gave me a room on the street side, it was not only loud, it was also super bright. My reservation is for a suite with king and pull out sofa bed for my 10 y/o. When we opened the pull out sofa, there was no space to walk around. It was literally touching the wall. We had to step wide, high and hold on to the wall when getting up in the middle of the night. It was incredibly safety hazardous. They could not move us to another room because they were sold out. I ended up not getting sleep the two nights we stayed at this hotel.

Liked: The location. Nice workers.
Disliked: When the sofa bed was opened, it blocked the path of the people in the bed from getting to the bathroom. Unless you want to crawl over and wake up the sleeping person.
