Though there was the discrepancy regarding my credit card, for the most part the customer service was good. The hotel was quiet, clean and in a good location to the venue that I was attending and restaurant. They provided breakfast with a variety of options to choose from and I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others as well.

Liked: The location to the venue.
Disliked: I prepaid for the room. Upon my arrival I was asked for my card and a forty dollar hold was placed on my account without telling me. I only noticed the forty dollar hold when I checked my account and was given an explanation after I inquired about it.

Liked: The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near the downtown area and UVA
Disliked: The pillows were not the best

Liked: Very pleasant front desk, nice breakfast, very clean and attractive decor. And loved the parking garage because we had extra bags in the car so felt just a little more out of sight.

Familiar and convenient

Liked: The facility is always clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a very nice breakfast and the workout room was adequate. The location is convenient and the staff friendly.
Disliked: There were no towels in the work out room this time and the filtered water dispenser was dispensing lukewarm water. Also, I wish they would stop asking "what's the reason for your stay?" every time I check in. It's invasive and uncomfortable.
