Though there was the discrepancy regarding my credit card, for the most part the customer service was good. The hotel was quiet, clean and in a good location to the venue that I was attending and restaurant. They provided breakfast with a variety of options to choose from and I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others as well.

Liked: The location to the venue.
Disliked: I prepaid for the room. Upon my arrival I was asked for my card and a forty dollar hold was placed on my account without telling me. I only noticed the forty dollar hold when I checked my account and was given an explanation after I inquired about it.

Good, but why only disposable...

Liked: The breakfast was good, but ....
Disliked: .... only disposable plates, cutlery, etc. were available. Such a waste of precious resources and bad for the planet.

Good hotel.

Liked: The staff were fantastic!! Good breakfast. Localization walk distance to downtown.
Disliked: To use the minibar, you need to press a button every 2 hours.No, this is not a joke. It's real.If you plan on buying any food/snacks to put in the minibar, forget it.
