Liked: I liked that the room was clean.

Liked: The staff especially hotel employee he was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very, very clean and the entire staff was just great!
Disliked: The fitness area was the only disappointing factor. The elliptical was broken and a few of the weights were missing.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast they served was fresh and hot. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay hotel employee was on duty when I checked in. He provided excellent customer service and even came to the room with me to help me get in me when I was not able to get the card key to work. Great amenities and location.
Disliked: Not a deal breaker, but the curtains at the window were sheer and there was no way to close them. I would rather be able to close the curtains then to have the outside lights shining into the room at night.

Liked: Good size room and public/ community spaces. The location was excellent for where I needed to be.
Disliked: This is the lowest cleanliness rating I've ever given a hotel. Outside trash cans were constantly overflowing. Small pieces of trash (paper) remained in the hall for 2 days, until I picked it up. The bed was made with the tv remote under the bedsheets.

Liked: this hotel is close to where my son lives and this is the second time we have stayed here for a graduation at the Bojangles auditorium. Lots of restaurants around.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly, polite and accommodating
Disliked: our room was serviced and cleaned late in the day and breakfast was not that great. Coffee actually was not good.

It's a really good place to stay.
Liked: That lobby and rooms are really clean. Nikki, my check-in receptionist, was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Shani, my check-out receptionist was great. She seem very genuine in making sure everything went well during my stay. Both receptionist are a great asset to your customer service staff. As a whole, the property is an A+++ THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY!!!
Disliked: Kid riding hover board in the breakfast area. Glad to say that Shani, the receptionist quickly fixed the issue.
