Liked: Cleanliness and friendliness.

Clean and Easy Check-In

Liked: I brought by dog and there were plenty of places for me to walk him. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast had a decent selection, nothing really fancy, just normal hotel breakfast food. Check in was easy and I had no issues with my reservation.
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor and the ice machine did not work on the floor above or below us, we had to go to the bottom floor for ice. Getting in and out of this location was somewhat difficult due to the one way, we had to go down and do a uturn at the light every time we left the hotel to go towards the city.

Liked: We had a bed
Disliked: We arrived they couldn't find our reservation. The man at the desk said since we went thru a third party nothing they could do. I gave the girl at the desk asked for confirmation number I gave it to her and she said it did not show up. Neither one would go out of there way. We sat in the lobby for over an hour looking for another place. I then spent another 30 minutes on the phone with booking, which she was very helpful. She said Don at the hotel sent booking a confirmation that they received my reservation. She then contacted the hotel said she sent them the same confirmation I gave them and they found it. Maybe if the two would have researched a little we would have not been inconvenienced for an hour and a half. After all that we did not even get the room we requested thru our booking with no compensation.

Liked: The staff was great. Our room location was excellent. I have mobility issues and was glad that our room was by the elevator. Breakfast was wonderful and offered so many choices. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Liked: The breakfast was decent. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I paid $230 more in total for my stay than my family member who had an identical room at this hotel, (king bedroom suite) for the same two-night stay.

Liked: Seemed to offer things for many various dietary needs, some gluten-free, some power breakfast, many oatmeal and waffle toppings, eggs, bacon, several breads, fresh fruit, several cereals, several fruitjuices, yogurt,waffles, oatmeal flavors, coffee, tea, milk.

Liked: Very impressed. Staff very welcoming. Great place to stay! :)
Disliked: The pool area is very hot and the pool is small. Invest in an outdoor pool too
