Great customer service

Liked: The staff was outstanding! They really worked hard to adjust my stay when the weather compromised my arrival date. There was a snafu with booking not updating the dates and I was changed a no show fee. The hotel was able to remedy it and was friendly and genuine in assisting. I wish this level of service was everywhere. Thanks they have security patrolling the parking. They have a hot breakfast. Oat milk and oatmeal for vegetarians. The room was clean. The hotel was clean. Overall this is one of the most highly rated hotel stays I’ve had in a while.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Everything was nice. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Food was very good for breakfast.
Disliked: Prefer firmer pillows.
