A nice place to stay
Liked: It was near the caverns, the pool was nice and lots of sunbeds. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Not a big selection at breakfast

Liked: Great location for Carlsbad Caverns NP. Spacious room.Good breakfast. Laundry room came in handy.

Liked: We ended up leaving to another hotel. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Their was left over food from another guest in the fridge, the room smelled bad, & toilet wasn’t working properly.

Would not stay again
Liked: It was a place to sleep at night, there is nothing else I could say positively about the experience
Disliked: Bed were hard (although the front desk staff stated they were premium mattresses and should be soft. The tub didn't drain when taking a shower and we ended up showering with water filling up to our ankles. Staff was not concerned about fixing the issue or compensating for the inconvenience.
