Right in the heart of...

Liked: They had a waffle maker and laundry. At this stage of our trip the laundry room was great. It was also on the edge of town closest to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Nation Parks.
Disliked: Making a left out of the parking lot was dicey. The Walmart directly next door was both a good and a bad thing.

Great Hotel

Liked: Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was great and young lady that checked me in was great!

We had a restful stay...

Liked: Location is just right for visits to Carlsbad Caverns & Guadalupe Mountains National Parks.
Disliked: Restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel.

Very good

Liked: Everything was fine with the property with one exception.
Disliked: The tile in the bathroom floor was loose in most of the center of the bathroom. I wasn’t injured or anything but that could occur as the grout becomes more and more destroyed.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms need updates.
Disliked: Pool. Rooms were not inviting as needed updated.

Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel, itself, was clean and nice.
Disliked: Our room was on the 1st floor in the front of the hotel. The road noise was unbearable. It felt like sleeping front row at a Nascar race.Maybe another floor, in the back of the hotel would have been better or plant some trees to eliminate some noise.
