Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: I reserved and paid for a king room but was given a queen size single bed. The bed itself was so squishy and soft it was terrible. I asked to be moved to a king room, but none were available. There was no place to sit for two people, and the lighting was terrible.

Liked: The selection was pretty good but since you have all the add on for your oatmeal, a nice hot pot of oatmeal would be better than an instant oatmeal package.
Disliked: I can definitely say that an upgrade or renovation is due as said the sign in the lobby! Am sure all the dirty carpet and chipped paint will be replaced and the place will be great! We were saddened to see that the hot tub was not functioning!

Liked: The breakfast was nice; however, there were several baseball teams staying there at the same time and food wasn't replenished in a timely manner.
Disliked: Upon arrival, I had to go back to the front desk to request towels (only provided 1 bath towel) and coffee cups (none provided). There was no visit from housekeeping to replenish items during our stay. Spa was out of order the entire stay and the pool was drained the second day we were there.

Liked: We liked the variety of items for breakfast. The room itself was fine.
Disliked: A number of things were not working: the credit card reader, the coffee machine in the lobby. They also were a non-cashorganization which meant we could not get small change for large bills.The furniture in the breakfast seating area is in dire need of overhaul.

Liked: The GOOD news was the staff were all GREAT to work with on our arrival.> Location was what I needed for this trip, made things easy for us.> The good news in the bathroom was the water pressure/temps and shower head worked fine.> I'm glad the WIFI worked for looking around for restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The bathroom needs a little work, toilet seat doesn't fit that toilet and the there's rust on the top of the tub under the valve, the drain cap was removed so the tub flows ok during a shower. Wall paper is peeling and the ceiling needs some repairs. > The desk chair was stuck UP under the desk, the up/down function was not working.> The Cable for local channels was not working at all.> The hot tub was shut down, broken tile all around it.

Disliked: Hot tub didn't work,pool was cold, juice machine was broke, hotel need updated. Oh we couldn't get in the room we was suppose be in because door didn't work so we was downgraded.
