Liked: The staff was very friendly and inviting! Everything looked nice at a glance.
Disliked: There were some stains on the sheets/pillows and in the chair. The shampoo/conditioner and body wash were empty as well.

Very good

Liked: The facilities were great! They were clean and well-maintianed. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortabel, as was our bed.
Disliked: Breakfast service was below average, as the individual responsible for managing the breakfast did not report for work that day. The desk manager did his best to respond to concerns, and I commend him for his attitude and response.
