The valet parking guy was awesome and friendly. My complaint is, I went for breakfast and when I got back to my room my key card didn't work. The desk attendant was quite rude about it, made me feel bad like it was my fault and then made me show my ID when I got back in my room. He could use some customer service training since, as I patiently waited at the desk, he was flirting with a group of female guests. Due to this and the fact I couldn't close the curtains I will not be a returning patron. It was very clean though and my breakfast was good. Big thank you to the valet dude too!

Disliked: Not being able to close heavy curtains and block out the 5a.m. sunrise.

Just ok for a work...

Liked: Staffs was really friendly and helpful. Location is near to everything.
Disliked: Almost no amenities in the room and washroom. Beds are just just ok. Everything is pretty basic even it's not one of those low budget hotels. Also pretty noisy from neighbouring rooms at night especially in the weekends I believe.

Liked: I liked the wonderful selection of breakfast and the availability times were good.
Disliked: The room coffee pods don't match the machine that was provided. The fridge froze everything in the fridge, really disappointing. Asked for a 5am wake up call the evening before to ensure i was awake for my flight and never received the call. Could have been a nightmare.
