Alanna, Coleman, visiting Big Four Roadhouse Calgary

The valet parking guy was awesome and friendly. My complaint is, I went for breakfast and when I got back to my room my key card didn't work. The desk attendant was quite rude about it, made me feel bad like it was my fault and then made me show my ID when I got back in my room. He could use some customer service training since, as I patiently waited at the desk, he was flirting with a group of female guests. Due to this and the fact I couldn't close the curtains I will not be a returning patron. It was very clean though and my breakfast was good. Big thank you to the valet dude too!

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Not being able to close heavy curtains and block out the 5a.m. sunrise.

Liked: Great location. Short walk to Calgary Tower and Stephen Avenue Walk. Friendly staff, comfortable & spacious room and a good breakfast. Well equipped fitness centre.

Overall, it’s a pleasant, decent...

Liked: It’s in Downtown Calgary, Lots of restaurants around the beltline area. Our room has a view of the Calgary Tower so that is a plus! And they allow guests to leave their luggages after checkout for a few hours of safekeeping.
Disliked: Breakfast is included but not much choices. There were just waffles, bread, eggs and banana. That’s it!
