The valet parking guy was awesome and friendly. My complaint is, I went for breakfast and when I got back to my room my key card didn't work. The desk attendant was quite rude about it, made me feel bad like it was my fault and then made me show my ID when I got back in my room. He could use some customer service training since, as I patiently waited at the desk, he was flirting with a group of female guests. Due to this and the fact I couldn't close the curtains I will not be a returning patron. It was very clean though and my breakfast was good. Big thank you to the valet dude too!

Business trip - easy stay...

Liked: Great location - walkable to the convention center and into central Calgary.
Disliked: Nothing - was a good stay.

Disliked: The location wasn’t great, no parking having to pay for the concierge to park the car and the homeless and addicted in the vicinity did make us feel safe. None of that is the hotels issue

Disliked: Breakfast variety was OK. But the tables weren't prepared or cleaned for Hotel guests, very disappointing. Valley parking is offered, however most of the time there is no personnel at the desk. There are only two elevators for the whole hotel (11 floors) it can take quite some time to get somewhere.
