Liked: Breakfast was very good and always well prepared. Area(s) kept clean and all was QUIET. Thankfully we did not encounter any parents who just let their children run amuck through the hotel. To my fellow travelers who were at this hotel at the same time we were, thank you for being quiet through the hallways of the sleeping quarters.
Disliked: We were on the fourth floor. Internet service was NOT good. Very slow and at times just didn't work. This needs to be addressed. The room was very nice and the sitting area was comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than "basic cable" attached to the tv. The bathroom was well laid out. However, it felt like the toilet was something they pulled out of a day care center. Way too low.

Exceptional Hospitality!

Liked: The room was ready, clean and very comfortable.The staff was Exceptional from the front desk to the breakfast area. Wendy and Julene made everyone who came to eat breakfast welcome.They were always checking to see if they could get you something or do something for you. Now mind you ….. this is a self serve get your own style breakfast.These ladies really help start your day with their friendly smiles and interactions. It was more than food….it was true hospitality… like you were a guest in their own homes.The Fairfield in Butte Montana is the place to stay!
