Disliked: Room not throughly cleaned on check on. HVAC extremely noisy and requested a room change. Second room had leftover pizza in rooms frig as well as blocks of ice damming and A/C filter clogged. Hot tub spa not working during stay. Breakfast coffee empty.

Liked: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was a great size and the shower and bathroom were huge.
Disliked: It is really important to me to have a clean room and bathroom especially when I travel. I do read reviews before booking. The bathroom had hairs in the shower and on the floor and there was candy next to the window on the floor.

Liked: Decent breakfast, friendly staff, good cleanlinesses
Disliked: We chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool and a hot tub as our children love swimming. However, the swimming pool was out of order for the entire duration of our stay. It was a huge disappointment

Disliked: -Breakfast was limited. I wanted to make waffles and couldn't because there was no batter. -I needed a crib for my baby and there wasn't one available.
