Always an awesome place
Liked: The convenience to alot off area around town. Quiet and love the jacuzzi.

Sub par for my expectations...
Liked: Pro: Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. They had soft serve ice cream in the lobby the one night we were there which was pretty cool.Con: We stayed for 3 nights and there was one gentleman who did a good job keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean but there was also another young man who worked a day and the food was cold, not a clean table and nothing was stocked. Pool area needs some serious attention. It was very cold and so dirty. You could see clumps of hair floating around and the dirt covered pool walls/floor. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing but also needed a good scrub. An odd complaint but the TV remove was such a pain, you had to stand there and hold the button for about 20 seconds directly in front of the TV to turn it on. The bed was ok enough but the pillows were horrible.

EXPENSIVE - since I had...
Disliked: I had made a reservation with Booking.com and even though (Upon looking at my computer) My code was D4U3H3 and I don't know why you didn't have it, even though I called the day before and was told everything was OK !!!!!!I am also contacting Booking.com, but from this end, something was wrong at your hotel. Another person, a man. had the same problem and it was cleared up after consulting with the 'manager' Something is wrong !!!! I sincerely hope it wasn't because I was a woman who was tired and in pain, though I was not disrespecting to the desk clerk. Karen

Unfortunate circumstances.
Liked: I wasn’t there long enough to like anything because they didn’t have an airport shuttle, even though they advertised it and made me get a taxi to the place, which took a very long time.
Disliked: When I got in from my flight, I called the hotel and asked them to send the shuttle. They said they would. A half hour later, when the shuttle didn’t show up, I called again and the woman said she forgot but would get the shuttle right away. Another half hour later I called again. This time the woman said that there was no shuttle because the driver wasn’t available. She said I needed to get a taxi. It took a while to call for a taxi, so I didn’t get into the hotel until midnight. My flight had arrived at 10:30. I was exhausted. It’s unfortunate that the staff doesn’t know who’s available and who isn’t.
