Liked: Conveniently located. Everyone was very helpful and nice!
Disliked: The pillowcases and towels weren’t the cleanest but if I needed them, I’m sure the staff would have replaced them. They were so kind and helpful!

Disliked: We left my wife and son's winter coats in closet when we check out. I called the next day and front desk said they would check and then told us there were no coats there and that the GM would have to call us. He didn't call so a few days later we called him. He said he doubts us but would look into this and get back to us. He never got back to us so I followed up again. He said they are not there. I said they were when we left and he said I doubt it and he trusts his staff. I then said you have cameras so did you look at them? Maybe you will see something when they cleaned the rooms. He said he would check and get back to us. We never heard back from the GM again.
