Liked: Good location, nice lobby, clean elevators, and nice room.
Disliked: They need to get their act together. it was difficult to check in. I had asked for a walk in shower or step in shower and they were clueless. It took them hours to get their act together on this. Other members of the family had difficulty also checking in. You breakfast is marginal at best. The worst thing they did was taking me to the Park and Ride to get the bus to the airport and she took me to the wrong side so I almost missed the bus and my flight. That happened to my brother also. If you want good reviews than you need to work on changing these things.

Overall it was a great...

Liked: Clean and welcoming. Love the bar and the breakfast was definitely better than most free breakfasts in other hotels. The always matters to me and I will say the comfort of the bed was worth the stay. Towels were soft and large. Employees very kind and helpful. Will be staying again the next time we are in town.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the choice of the soap and shampoo. Sorry but they really sunk to me. Normally I bring my own but I forgot to grab my body soap.
