Liked: We stayed here for a family gathering in the area. We had elderly parents with us who use a cane and a walker. After returning from 1 event last night, we saw they were working on the elevator and we were told once they got it fixed, it would remain out of operation till today when it would be state inspected. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor and this could have been a nightmare, as we had to leave the hotel early today and the elevator would not be operational at this time. I went to the front desk and told the young lady there what the issue was. Within minutes, she got our parents a suite on the 1st floor and the men working on the elevator, made sure we got our parents down to the 1st floor. I personally wanted to thank all involved with making this happen within minutes.Now onto the hotel, it was truly convenient for our needs, the rooms were very clean and todays breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, with plenty of choices. The staff at this hotel made this a very positive experience and I'd strongly recommend it.

Liked: Decent location and breakfast included
Disliked: this is a pretty outdated hotel. horrible lighting in the bathroom and the bathroom was old. the rug had seen better days and was ripped in places. for $200+ a night you would expect something a little more updated.

Liked: The room was clean and modern. Check-in and out was quick. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 8:30. After we returned to our rooms, the flashing light continued to strobe for over an hour and made a clicking noise. It was almost 10pm before it stopped. After traveling all day, it made it impossible to go to sleep before it stopped.

Disliked: Having milk at night. I miss having my glass of milk.
