Nice place but hidden costs soured my experience!

Liked: Very nice clean building.
Disliked: Hidden fees 30 for parking and 50 taxes at booking.

This was a weekend get-away. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Front desk staff immediately retrieved driving directions to a concert venue. The morning after the concert, staff members asked me about the concert. I was really impressed by this - thanks for asking! The suite was immaculate. We really felt like we got "away from it all" for a weekend. Breakfast was awesome. I especially appreciated the trays, plates, bowls, and utensils provided for those of us who preferred to take our breakfast back to the comfort of our own suites! We would return here in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to all!

Liked: Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Big room with nice amenities. No weird smells.
Disliked: We spent a very short night in the hotel before a 5AM flight. Most of the issues we encountered seems like they could have been solved if we had more time. We were just trying to get 4-5 hours of sleep. One of the electric window shades did not close so there was a lot of light from the window over night from the many lights outside. It was not possible to operate it manually. The television once on would not turn off. The remote didn't work and it was stuck on a loop of a few minutes about hotel decorations. The screen was black other than a logo and no buttons on the remote or television made any changes . We couldn't turn it off or on, adjust the volume or change the channel. A/C was blasting! It was freezing in the room even in comparison to the hallway. Despite turning up the thermostat in the room it was ice, ice cold and made it difficult to sleep.
