The Service was Amazing, and...
Liked: The manager came into the breakfast room and gave us a pleasant greeting for everyone, and wanted to know about us and our stay. This was very impressive. The breakfast staff were efficient and courteous. The front desk staff was top notch, especially Queenie. They gave exceptional service, and made the process extremely easy. The room was clean and the air quality and atmosphere was superb. Thank you all for a comfortable environment and an amazing stay. See you again soon. Sincerely,Ada M.
Disliked: Only the bathroom on the main floor can be checked more often for cleanliness. Otherwise everything thing else was Top Notch!!

I was disappointed with the...
Liked: The location was nice. The couches in the suites were nice. We had cable TV. I also loved the gym which is very well kept with a lovely view of the lake. The parking was sufficient and the building overall is substantial and well landscaped.
Disliked: The breakfast was insufficient. They mixed up my reservation. My 80 year old mother and my young daughter had to change rooms three times. After booking 2 rooms (8 nights) I had to book a third room to ensure that my mother was comfortable because the rooms (queen beds) do not have enough space for clothes storage. We moved rooms (for half our party) three times in 4 days and it was horrible. They could have let us stay in the queen suite since we were there for the first two nights but they pushed us around. On the last night they split us up on two different floors. My elderly mom and minor child were sent to a different floor just to get a more comfortable room. It was inhospitable and inconvenient - all that moving. Also I was given an extra night rate at $100 but my card was charged at $140. We just came from NY where we booked 60-room nights and we are faithful Bonvoy customers, but I am switching. I don't think the service is good anymore. We don't feel like workers care about customer comfort. And the housekeeping is very lazy. They leave garbage around - we accidentally opened the back of the elevator and saw lots of garbage all over the floor just left there. A random pizza box stayed in the corridor for 2 days. I got tired of seeing it and took it to the cleaners myself. It is difficult too when people cannot communicate with housekeeping because of language barriers. They are not unfriendly but lack energy. They also don't wipe the tables and counters in the room. I stayed and observed myself. Then I did the wiping of the desk and coffee table and other surfaces because I noticed they only swiftly clean the bathroom and make the bed.

Great stay!
Liked: We needed to change date and the manager was super helpful. We really appreciated the service. Front desk clerk was so friendly. Very comfortable stay!
