Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bloomsburg

I will be back to stay! I hope they don't build too much around this hotel because the sunrise in the morning was the icing on the cake!

Liked: I loved the unstuffy design; saltwater pool was unbelievable; clean; great breakfast! Spacious bathroom; well lit; helpful staff; quiet location and comfotable bed. 6 stars out of 5!
Disliked: I could not stay longer; would have loved to stay longer :( I was just there for an overnight trip.

A Nice Property But Could...

Liked: Modern well-appointed clean room. Comfortable bedding. Bathroom had a beautiful shower. A nice touch was the night light in the bathroom. Nice lobby and outside terrace. The property lacks professional landscaping which would give it a big boost in curb appeal.
Disliked: Our room had sheer drapes (orange floral..) which let in light during the night.There was no option to darken room with shades or solid drapery panels. As a result, we were unable to get a good night's sleep. Although the bedding in general was comfortable and clean, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable -- it was so disappointing! We noticed the attempt at color coordination in this room clashed and was not attractive.

The hotel as I mentioned...

Liked: When I first walked in the property looks beautiful so I loved that I walked and so the beauty of it
Disliked: They had stink bugs crawling all over the rooms of the hotel.

It was a great experience...

Liked: Wide and clean.
Disliked: The swimming pool bathroom was so cold!

Liked: Breakfast was a good mix of foods; coffee and tea always available. The heater in the room worked well; weather outside was freezing! Staff was friendly. My wife needed a shower cap and the lady at the front desk gave her one. This hotel has four Tesla dedicated charger lines. I totally charged up the Model 3. The hotel is very close to the exit off of I-80.
