Blake Shelton Concert
Liked: The staff was very accommodating to our needs since our reservations were given away where we were previously booked to stay at the other Fairfield Inn in Birmingham and we were relocated.
Disliked: We had to relocate to another hotel because our reservations were given away before check-in time.

Concert weekend
Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the BJCC Arena in Birmingham, AL. Valet parking was convenient also. The front desk was very helpful informative about the area. This was our second time to stay here when attending a concert. We will stay again in the future.
Disliked: No problems with my accommodations. My stay was very nice.

We don?t recommend this hotel.
Liked: The location was good in downtown for a wedding we were attending. I liked the lighting in the bathroom for getting make up on. Nice and bright. Not the yellow/orange dim light that?s so hard on your eyes. The mattress was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no charger or outlet by the bed so that was inconvenient. The walls are thin. You hear everything. The car valet was the worst experience at any hotel we have ever stayed in. 45 min to get the car the first day. 30 min second day. Valet guys were rude.

My stay was ok.
Liked: The customer service when we arrived. The ladies were amazing. I was greeted with a smile. I was traveling out of town and they gave me various suggestions on dining and shopping. I could tell they were concerned about my stay.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I had to pay for the room twice. When I made the reservation via Booking.com, it was going to be one person. However, a couple of days later, I needed to change. When I looked on Booking .com there were no rooms available. I called the hotel and they were able to cancel the room and informed me that I would not be charged because I was able to get my room adjusted. When I called Booking.com, I was informed the fee could be waived. However, that was not the case. The hotel and I tried calling Booking.com to resolve the issue. However, the issue was NOT resolved because I was charged a non cancellation fee. Booking.com says it is from the hotel. IT IS CLEAR BOOKING.COM POCKETED THE MONEY AND BLAMED THE HOTEL. I will be booking through another third party. There was VERY little breakfast to choose from. The items that we did get to eat was cold. They did not have any eating utensils out when we got to the end of the line. So we just left and got a HOT breakfast with utensils.
