Good value for money.

Liked: Central location with good proximity to restaurants, civic facilities and supermarket. Good selection for breakfasts. Convenience store at reception was useful.
Disliked: Lack of fresh milk / cream for cereals and hot drinks at breakfasts. Paper plates & plastic cutlery a little underwhelming. Was awoken by loud noises coming from fitness centre at 5.00am one morning - seems unnecessary for this to be open 24/7.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The facility as a whole was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: I had multiple charges for services that I did not use put on to my room. If I hadn’t paid attention to the statement I would have been charged extra for things I did use.

Liked: I liked the location. The room was roomy, and everything was spotless. All of the staff were outstanding, from the receptionist to the valet to the breakfast staff (especially Miss Yolanda).

Liked: Everything was just great! Nice location, large room with a very comfy bed and pillows, good breakfast and coffee, and the nicest staff I have met in a long time. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Some more fruit at breakfast would be appreciated.
