Very uncomfortable

Liked: The location is perfect.
Disliked: Our Queen room was NOT. There were 2 double beds. The entire hotel is carpet. The bathroom is very very small!

Liked: The friendliness of all the staff.
Disliked: The window in my room was broken. Made me nervous since we were on the main floor. Anyone could just push it and get in the room.

Liked: The key machine was not working so the receptionist had to let us in our room several times. whe was very apologetic and accommodating in making sure we did not feel like we were bothersome in any way.
