Liked: Clean room good bed.
Disliked: Check in did not go as planned. I was double charged I realized the next day. Also I gave the deal clerk my rewards number but never got the rewards. The guy acted like he dud not want to be there.

Disliked: I didn’t like being assigned a room that was not cleaned. Your hotel offered amenities, that were not feasible. The pool was not clean, it was not swim worthy quality. There was also damages to the hotel room doors. I did not feel safe during my stay here. The hotel workers were nice, but the facility in general needs to be fixed and properly staffed with maintenance/maids that are know how to clean.

Disliked: Floor was damp, boogers dried up on the sheets, bugs crawling on the couch, the pool was green, so much traffic water spilled over into the lobby and it was slippery, air didn’t work that great
