Hotel good. Glenda, check-in chick,...

Disliked: GLENDA. She was not overtly rude, but she wasn't in the least accommodating. Customers need to feel employees want to help. I had requested early check-in weeks ago & called again Sat am to confirm. Apparently the cleaning staff doesn't start until 10am on Saturday. And cannot get one room cleaned by noon. I don't believe that. I bet your cleaning staff could get alot done in two hours. What I do believe is that Glenda didn't want to go out of her way to make that happen. Or she didn't know how.

Stay could have been better

Liked: Location, cleanliness, quiet
Disliked: Breakfast - barely edible, poor selectionPortico - flashing (strobe) light at night that has not been fixed in over 2 months (read that on another review)Housekeeping - had to request that even though we had just checked in.Internet connection - No ability to charge any devices, had to purchase adaptors.

Disliked: Not enough towels in the room, no extra sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper, breakfast was not good, no hot tub

Very good

Liked: The staff was very responsive when we had a problem with our room. All the staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs. Staff allowed us to use the conference room for a big family meal following a funeral.
Disliked: Our first room had a very strange smell but we were given a new room that was good
