Liked: Room and the bright colors. Had all the necessary toiletries and coffee utensils.Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with suggestions.
Disliked: I would have given excellent with regard to the staff etc. But after checking out I found an additional charge on my card. When I phoned the hotel they said it was a fee for damage and would be returned if nothing was missing or broken.I travel all the time and fees should be upfront and not hidden after the visitor checks out. This is a better business practice.

Liked: This hotel is great for one/two nights on a road trip. Location is just off Hwy 400 and there is plenty of parking. The room was comfortable and we liked the breakfast provided in house.
Disliked: The lighting in the room could be improved.

Smelly overpriced rundown breakfast.

Disliked: Smell of mold throughout the place. The dodgy elevator and the room smell was unbearable. Went and got air fresheners. The noise from other room with 3 different sports teams. They should have better control on noise level.
