I would definitely utilize this...

Liked: We ere traveling for vacation. Our flight home was delayed for 6 hours. I called ahead to inform the front desk that it was likely we would arrive past midnight and PLEASE not give our room away! He assured us that a room would be available. Sure enough, we didn't get back until 2 am. There was a wonderful desk assistant waiting for us with a room card! hat a blessing.
Disliked: This is not a dislike, but more like an annoyance. There was only one "mini bus" transporting people to the airport. We were told the other was in for maintenance. It arrived late and then went to other hotels making our airport destination rather awkward. Many people on an already crammed vehicle.
