Awesome but one problem
Liked: Breakfast attendant
Disliked: I wasn?t accommodated with my crib

Liked: The breakfast was delish!
Disliked: I called before booking (4 days) to make sure the pool was up and running and was told it was-when we got there we told the pool was not working because it was broken from some guests having a party the previous week. THEN, when my husband asked about it in the evening we were told it works it just isn?t heated but we were welcome to use it. When we were told the pool wasn?t working I asked to void the room and she told me no it was too late and not allowed and then the evening gal also told us that is not true. It was frustrating being lied to numerous times and by the front desk manager at that. The evening gal was apologetic and offered a discount on our room which was greatly appreciated.

Overall good stay
Liked: Hotel layout/design. Clean. Easy to get in and out.
Disliked: No coffee cups in room. No water in exercise room

IHG Saved the Day
Liked: The staff was pleasant and did not charge us for our stay
Disliked: The hotel on booking stated that this room.coild sleep a family of four. This room could not sleep 2 adults and 2 children 1 a teenager and another a preteen. 1 king size bed does t work for our family. We had to fund another roo. At the last minute. We stayed on the military base.

It was very comfortable!
Liked: 24 hr fitness center. Room was clean. Very comfortable. Staff was courteous.
Disliked: When I arrived, they had my booking wrong and I lost time when I had to be at a meeting. Also that I wasn?t informed while booking that there was $100 hold on weekends. It would be nice to know ahead of time. The pool was freezing! And the water bottles in the room $3 if you drink it.
