Disappointing

Disliked: Ants in the room and on the bed. Nothing could be done except spray harsh chemicals, and moving to a new room wasn’t reasonably possible because of my schedule

Liked: We enjoyed our stay . It’s always refreshing to have consistency and reliability when choosing Fairfield and Marriott properties that the accommodations will be comfortable and clean.

Liked: Location to downtown Woodstock was great.
Disliked: When we got to the hotel it took 15 minutes to check in the lady at the desk couldn’t check us in and had to find someone who could. The breakfast was truly terrible the toaster hardly even warmed my bread. There were crumbs all over the floor it didn’t even seem as if it was vacuumed.

Liked: Room was very comfortable. TV was a challenge to use but my husband figured it out.
Disliked: At check in was given room keys. Neither key worked. Had to return to front desk to get another key. Room did not have sofa so had to be relocated to another room. That room door security lock did not work. Decided did not want to go back to front desk for relocate so took a chance.

Liked: Bummed the pool wasn’t open. It was very warm while we were there.
