Passable

Liked: The price, the complimentary breakfast was good and offered a variety of boiled eggs, crispy bacon, waffles, bagels, muffins, and more, and I'm not sure if it was the Hotel manager who was there on that morning but she was very kind to my daughter and two young nephews
Disliked: The hotel had a stale smell upon entering the lobby and in the elevator, it made me question if it was an extended stay, the furniture in lobby looked out of date and did not make you want to have a seat, the hotel appeared to have been renovated in some areas but not others for example...the bathroom was decent but the beds were pushed up against the wall in room...very thin mattress that sat on a platform that was not secured to anything and could easily be moved just by bumping into it...We could never get Netflix or Disney to connect... the ice machine on my floor was not working so I had to travel to another floor for ice, the elevator looked nasty around the baseboards and floor, only had one luggage cart sooo leaving at 4:30 a.m. had to make several trips to car to load bags, needless to say I will NOT be staying there again

Liked: Location was nice and convenient.
Disliked: My room had dirty sheets and tv did not work. Also, the house keepers were not so friendly.

Okay, but because this hotel...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The staff charged me almost $60 extra then my original order.

It was a good stay...

Liked: I have never ate breakfast there, so I can't comment.
Disliked: The bed in the handicapped room on the first floor is very uncomfortable.
