Liked: Never got to check in. Problem with the Booking.com virtual card. Michael at the hotel was not helpful and then checked me in after I left. Poor customer service. Michael is unprofessional, to say the least.
Disliked: Michael and poor, unacceptable customer service.

The hotel was good for...

Liked: The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room and hotel is a little outdated, parking is not included in the price.

Liked: I've always liked the excellent staff, They are so attentive to the guests needs, and very professional. Love the breakfast, ice cream availability, great snacks and the beds are very comfortable. Netflix good
Disliked: Parking cost too much. Should only be $10, given it's located where there's more than enough parking.
