Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Asheville Tunnel Road

It was clean. Front desk was pleasant. Loved it. Slept peacefully.

We would like a refund...

Liked: The place was very clean. So was our room. Comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was great. Good selection!
Disliked: We had to cancel our last night there because of a sister’s death. Fairfield was all for giving us a refund for that cancellation but said Booking had to be the one’s to issue it. We’ve tried everything to contact Booking about this and there is no way to do it. What would make our stay perfect is to be refunded for the night we had to cancel.

Immaculate facility!

Liked: Immaculate! Staff was exceptionally friendly. We loved CJ that worked the front desk. Wonderful, pleasant young man. Quiet room and breakfast was outstanding each morning! Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries and we had a nice mini fridge and microwave and desk area for my husband and daughter to work at. Very pleased and no complaints!
Disliked: We honestly have no complaints! ❤️

Disliked: The AC didn't seem to want to keep the room cool as we like it, but it was close enough that we slept ok.
