Exceptional
Liked: The room was wonderful, clean, and surprisingly quiet overnight. It was convenient for most of the places we visited. The breakfast area was like a restaurant type seating. However, a half hour before breakfast was to expire, staff were trying to clean up, food was not replenished. Milk was sour, no boiled eggs, microwave wave bacon is not real bacon, no bread, boiled eggs left out People were asking for more food and it was denied because of the concern to be cleaned up. The breakfast situation is completely unacceptable.

Liked: Canceled my room when I was almost there . I got confirmation 24 hrs prior. Said there was a glitch in their system and didnt have a room available now. Have stayed here numerous times . Wont be back !

Liked: Location and check in desk clerk was very nice.
Disliked: My wife and I inadvertently reserved two rooms in each of our names. Long story short, she was checked into one room in my name, one room in hers. She did not mention anything about my name. This left 2 vacant rooms. One in each of our names. We were charged for 3 nights in two additional rooms. Per hotel policy, a no show charge (which I fully understand charging) should have only been assessed for one night, not 3. We were charged an additional charge in excess of $1400. I tried to deal with the matter via the hotel. After no response from the hotel manager for 2 weeks, I contacted corporate customer service. I was assured I would hear back from the hotel manager within a day. A week later with no answer, I inquired again. Today, 5 weeks after the initial stay, I finally received an impersonal form letter response denying any refund with no reason why. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the customer service more than the financial impact, although I believe at least 2 nights should be refunded. I will not be staying at another Marriott and will encourage others to follow suit.
