Disliked: It should have been explained that this was a joint property! On March 17, they started to direct Fairfield traffic over to the other Bonvoy building for check in, check out, and breakfast! Plus, we got directed to the opposite back corner to park and go up in an elevator only to walk the entire length of the two hotels to actually find our room! When we got to the room, it was a double queen instead of the king that we reserved. Also, the telephone in the room did not work. So it was an effort to try to notify the staff, which was to no avail, because the lady just did not want to listen.
