Liked: I love the location, the build and the room quality
Disliked: No room service, no baggage storage. As I was checking out I asked if I could leave my bags for later collection in a couple of hours and the receptionist gives me a dismissive look “what do you mean”. Then I was told that in the US that’s only for 5 star. This is a basic service in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Maybe they are not a tourist town, but at least they can be polite about it.If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place with a mall and restaurant nearby this is the place. If you are looking for customer care and hospitality, this is not the place. Some of the staff are warm and friendly but it seems a bit of a hit and miss.

Disliked: My internet in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t watch what I wanted.
