Great hotel - would use/again.

Liked: Good; clean; spacious; great staff.
Disliked: No windows; just a little odd and dark!

Disliked: Reception guy was yelling at me when I just asked to be more friendly and helpful, his name is Sedik Oughmohtari. The guy next to him was laughing, I felt like I came back to elementary school with bullying. I ask general manager Catlin Ptak to pay attention to the fact that your staff is extremely unkind and it's unacceptable!!!!I travel a lot and stay in different hotels all over the world and such reception behavior i met first time!!!!Never come back here again

Nice downtown hotel at reasonable...

Liked: Nice downtown hotel in Albany, 4 blocks from the state capitol and museums (it's a steep uphill walk...the capitol is on a hill). Room was large with nice desk, lots of plugs, microwave/fridge/coffee maker, and a firm bed. The bathroom was huge and shower worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, including saving my food when I forgot to empty the fridge. Closest parking is 2 blocks away for about $30 per day -- the walk to/from the garage can be a bit creepy at night. There is street parking if you want to deal with the meters. Lots of eateries and some shopping in the neighborhood.
Disliked: No problems.
