Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alamogordo

Clean, comfortable and good location.

Liked: Enjoyed the beautiful patio. Room was very comfortable. Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were closed which was disappointing.

Passable

Disliked: Smell of sewage from the bathroom

Comfortable

Liked: Good location and friendly staff with a pretty good breakfast.
Disliked: Hard to get someone to freshen your room and one night clerk locked the front door at 6 pm!

The hotel it self was...

Liked: Location was good, easy to get around and easy to find.
Disliked: If I had a working TV the first 2 nights life would have been great!

Unbelievably bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The shower curtain was too short and the water got on the floor We only had one coffee & one coffee cup Our view was a extremely run down hotel Cars raised up and down the road and they were so loud you could sleep We asked for a wake up call but never got it.

Enjoyable stay.

Liked: breakfast was good.
Disliked: Toilets need to be upgraded to handicap/comfort height.

Bad

Disliked: The fact that paid $219.47 for a king suite with a spa tub which the lady at the desk tried telling me I didn't make any reservations so after my integrity was insulted I showed proof of my reservation which btw I still didn't get, then the they gave us an already occupied room. Very poor service and I want my refund! y'all screwed me out of the room I paid for!
