During this heat wave wife...

Liked: Had coffee and breakfast sandwich each morning. Everything was great and the Pool was open and clean during this short getaway due to the Heat wave we are having. The girl Erica at the Front Desk was awesome, she gave us directions and great advice on where to go and eat. Lot of Military people around due to being near the Airforce Base and we felt very safe staying there. We live less than an hour away from here but it was so nice and close to everything,, beaches, downtown stores , liquor store ( a must, lol) and great restaurants. We will be back again for sure.
Disliked: Not much... we are both retired and just wanted to get away for a few days, looked around and glad we stay here.

Superb

Liked: Great clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Distance from downtown.

Disappointing

Liked: Good size rooms
Disliked: We were a group of women and stayed there for our weekend in Portsmouth. Another group of men (we didn?t know them) drank just outside the hotel and entered the property over a side door and kept on harassing us by knocking onto our doors and trying to get access to our rooms. We were very disturbed, tried to call the front desk multiple times but nobody would answer and help us. We blocked doors and windows with furniture to get some peace in mind.

Liked: It is really very good breakfast. You can choose anything you want and take it to your room. Staff is also very friendly.
Disliked: No one asked us any covid-related questions. We are all vaccinated, but they did not know it.

Superb

Liked: It was quiet and comfortable
Disliked: It wasn?t as close to downtown has I thought.Other than that, the location was perfect

Disliked: No

Disappointing

Liked: Room was very clean (except for sink that didn't drain), smelled fresh, the heating unit worked well, and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: The sink didn't drain. We only stayed one night so I don't know if it was fixed after we checked out. But kind of hard to miss a sink that doesn't drain. Also, the desk manager walking around the lobby with no mask. Hard to enforce mask rules that way

Exceptional

Liked: The bed was comfy and the staff were very friendly ??
Disliked: The pillows weren't very comfortable, the heat was cranked way up and took several hours to lower.
