Liked: Friendly staff

Liked: Location hotel employee at guest relations was great and the maintenance guy was great.
Disliked: Heat did not work in the room and I reached out to maintenance that had to come in and remove the cover off the furnace move the sensor clean the filter and the heat started working normal. No compensation From manager even though it was a issue.

Liked: Horrible experience!! Rooms were disgusting. Reported to health department !! Couldn’t take a shower as the plumbing was a mess!!! Handle fell off on my hands
Disliked: Dirty Bathroom not cleaned sheets dirty

It was a good place...

Liked: Large and clean room
Disliked: Bathroom was a little tight. The room was really nice and large but there was only one chair for sitting. The second person had to sit in bed to watch TV. There was definitely room for a club chair

Liked: I didn’t eat the breakfast. But one time. Didn’t really like it
Disliked: I didn’t like one of the morning guys at the front desk. The way he looked at me was rude. So the next time I saw him still looking at me like I didn’t belong there or something. I informed him that I was there taking the week long Bob Ross painting class and I was puzzled by the way he had been looking at me not saying anything but staring. So he just kind of smiled and shrugged. Everyone else was okay

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The bed frames all had a large metal bar sticking out and 3 people injured themselves on it.
