Disappointing

THE most comfortable beds!!!

Liked: The most comfortable beds! Love! We enjoyed working out in the spacious fitness area. The breakfast was varied and better than most places. There were fresh fruit and hot breakfast items such as an egg/Swiss on an English muffin and scrambled eggs. They had a variety of salsas. There was sweetened yogurt and Greek plain yogurt with several toppings available, cereals too. The coffee was excellent and available 24/7, along with hot water, tea, and ice water. Spacious rooms, nice lounge area, pool, jacuzzi and wide hallways.
Disliked: There was only one elevator and it was slow. We could hear our upstairs neighbors talking while in the bathroom, but noise settled by 10:00. Unfortunately the internet was down when we were there, so we didn't use our computers and could not log in to Netflix which was a bummer because the TV was nice and large. However, they did have Showtime, Max and HBO.

Customer service was awesome breakfast...

Liked: Location walking to downtown and malls

Great Stay!

Liked: Nice, modern hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, well-appointed rooms.
Disliked: You may hear a little road noise throughout the evening, but it mostly quiets by bedtime.

Exceptional

Liked: The room smelled so nice and clean! Pleasant lobby, with coffee available at 4:30 am when we left. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. We’ve stayed at a number of different hotels in town while visiting our children. This will be our first choice going forward.
Disliked: There was nothing unpleasant about our stay.
