Bed comfortable with great pillows. It was an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Liked: The receptionist who checked me in - & later assisted with other needs -was great.The room & beds were comfortable & clean.I loved the hot tub, & breakfast.
Disliked: It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room, but that's all.

Disliked: The elevator was out of service.The hot tub jets didn't work properly.The lamps in the room had a significant amount of dust on top of them.

Disliked: Hotel facilities in desperate need of repair. Room 210 = automatic sprinklers coming off the wall, caulking around tub needs replacement, holder for "something" missing off the wall in the bathroom (just a metal bracket exposed).

Pleasant

It was a comfortable stay.

Liked: The hotel was at a very convenient location for us. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying and the swimming pool area was most enjoyed.
Disliked: We were three adults, two kinds and an infant and we arrived after 09:00 p.m. after a long, difficult drive under a snow storm. The front desk person was not at her post but at the eating area, We had no idea that she could be the person to check us in as there was no indication of that, We unloaded the car, ate some food we had brought in with us while we waited for someone to be behind the desk when to our surprise, the person sitting next to us, was the person who finally checked us in.

I enjoyed it.
