Liked: I got very sick prior to arrival and they allowed me to check into my room a little early. This was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the 12pm checkout because most places make you leave at 11am.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: No microwave and the how shower is only3 minutes, REALLY UPSETTING. I would not stay again.

Liked: I appreciated finding a room at the last minute on my way back from a trip from PGH to BOS. I had taken the Concord bus and I got stranded due to the weather

That was Noisy.

Liked: The front desk at night is kind and polite.
Disliked: The elevator next to the room was noisy. The nearby road was noisy. There was no hot water in the shower. The front desk in the morning was chatting and not at the front desk.

Liked: Afternoon staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Asked for room to be cleaned and extra laundry bags to be delivered. Was not cleaned and laundry bags were thrown in front of the door for us to pickup after returning for the night.
