Great place to stay to...

Liked: We paid extra for our cat to travel with us. I would have appreciated to know the $100 fee. I thought it was a returnable deposit.
Disliked: The fee for cat travel our cat is a very good cat and other than some litter left we did leave any trace of cat.

Staff Friendly, Room Clean, Breakfast...

Liked: Service was good, staff friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was disgusting and the breakfast area was trashed. Very messy. Maybe they were short staffed that day but don’t count on decent quality hot food at the place for breakfast.

Disliked: Pool didn't have any towels, breakfast area was lacking most options. Eggs were out, oatmeal was out and the whole area seemed to be kind of a mess.

The staff was very polite...

Liked: Having an indoor pool was absolutely amazing for water aerobics!!!
Disliked: For those who like soft beds, this would be the perfect place for you! Unfortunately, it was a little too soft for me with my back injuries.

Nice room for the price....

Liked: Staff were very friendly. My granddaughter had to change rooms as there were carpet Beetles in the room.
Disliked: Carpet beetles in the room my granddaughter and her 3 children were in.
