Best hotel to stay at...

would not stay at this...

Liked: the front desk person that checked us in was very nice and efficient.
Disliked: The Television did not work, the curtains had huge holes in them, the shower had mold on the drain and the carpet was extremely dirty. Also, when we were eating breakfast it seemed like the entire staff was behind the front desk just shooting the breeze which may explain the lack of cleanliness. Not what I expect from this chain.

Liked: It was a great location and looked nice
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t dress appropriately, one of my family members got charged for their room 4 times, also had to switch rooms because the room was NOT cleaned at all. Management and other employees were constantly sitting around (not behind front desk) on their phones. Was not told about an incidental charge (just a small hold on your account). It’s not an issue for us to have to pay for that because I know we’d get it back, but coming in and not even getting a notice about it and realizing you get charged extra is not ideal. Room was alright, but the curtains were ripped up, no towels were in the room (we had to ask for a bunch of extras). Breakfast was not good at all. It was cold (and we got there when they first started serving it (6:30am). The young man that was cleaning was very kind and kept it clean and helped as much as possible (with whatever he had).
