Liked: At check-in, Chardonnay, the front desk employee, was absolutely amazing and welcoming. My stay continued with staff that was friendly and above average customer service. Every employee greeted me when in passing. I can not say enough on how wonderful the staff was at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast served was definitely above the normal at other hotels. They served numerous options for breakfast. It was hot and delicious, and again, wonderful staff.

Liked: Perfect location right at the airport. Very spacious room with two large and comfortable double beds. Quick and friendly check-in and check-out.
Disliked: Arrived at 11:30 PM – only frozen food available for purchase, as the restaurant and bar were closed. Breakfast was disappointing: mostly packaged, processed food with little freshness. Pastries, scrambled eggs (likely made from powder), and even the boiled eggs seemed pre-peeled and delivered that way – and it tasted like it. For a hotel, that’s quite poor – many hostels in Germany offer a much higher breakfast standard.
