Probably won't stay again, we...
Liked: Price and staff
Disliked: Bathroom tub had mildew in corner, 2 of the electric plugs did work.in 217, lamp shade and one of the beds sheets had stains on them in 220. Biggest complaint we have stayed there 3 time in 2 years 2 of the times pool was closed, we choose there because it states pool our kids get very upset. If you say you have a pool then it should be available to use.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The staff were friendly and apologetic. I felt sorry for them. It seemed like they too were stuck and not empowered to do much to help. For example-- I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool. First impression: sign on the door that says the pool is out of order. The answer from the staff-- did you call the property directly to check on the pool. Should I have to do that? Booking.com should be more forthcoming.
Disliked: I booked because of the pool. The pool was out of order. The bathroom had black mold, (and was missing containers for shampoo and soap). The vent in the bathroom was not set up to work--as in there was a blank space next to the light switch where you would expect to find a vent fan switch. My husband came home with a respiratory illness. He could not sleep all week. I took pictures of the bathroom if you want to see. When I went to the desk to ask if we could change rooms I was told they were all that way. Yikes. And-- why is there a "charge for incidentals"? There was nothing in the room to purchase, there was not a restaurant to order food--charging a daily incidental fee is not customer-friendly in any way. I have stayed at Marriott properties all over the world and this just made me sad for your brand. And for your staff. These people need to be able to be proud of where they work, not apologetic, or defensive. Don't do that to them. If you're not going to change, take the Marriott name off the hotel.

Left more to be desired.
Liked: Staff were incredibly welcoming, the complimentary breakfast was pretty decent, and the room had a fairly modern look.
Disliked: The pool was closed and upon closer inspection the room itself was in poor shape. There appeared to be black mold in the bathroom and on the curtains, the plastic cover of an outlet was falling off, and the beds were far too firm and uncomfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was not the best. Sausage was not browned, kinda grey. Coffee was great though!
Disliked: Paid for and expected a pool. Pool was NOT available!Very disappointing, would have been nice to have received a discount or voucher for future.
