Disliked: The people i felt were disrespectful they pool wasClosed and i offered for them to give a discount because that was my whole point of coming there and she told me i didnt have to stay there i can get a refund and everything like she was very disrespectful

The staff was friendly and...

Liked: Breakfast was not the best. Sausage was not browned, kinda grey. Coffee was great though!
Disliked: Paid for and expected a pool. Pool was NOT available!Very disappointing, would have been nice to have received a discount or voucher for future.

The place is a dump....

Liked: Tyler at the front desk was cordial
Disliked: Room was about 90 degrees upon entry. Refrigerator didn’t work, Curtains were torn, Bathtub was moldy with caulking coming off. It was disgusting. They were out of bottled water as they were “cleaned out” over the weekend and it Wednesday

As far as the stay...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The TV and air conditioner worked great. The Hotel was quiet and the breakfast was nice too.
Disliked: The pool was not open at all. This was one of the reasons I chose this Hotel.

Disliked: Very very very unpleased that I wasn’t informed prior the my stay that the pool was down. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool for our daughter to swim. I will not be choosing this hotel again.
