Liked: Breakfast was okay. Many people used up foood and one server was not enough.
Disliked: Use two people to help with breakfast.

Liked: Location was central in Provo and close to the Mall and restaurants. Easy on-off the I-15.Left before breakfast was served

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: The driveway could have use some extra salting or scrapping due to the recent snow.It was VERY wet and slippery. Not very safe for your elderly customers.

Disappointing

Liked: Easy parking. Nice clean pool and spa
Disliked: Front desk person bored and uninterested checking us in.Stayed two nights and room not cleaned, no fresh towels.Continental breakfast limited and eggs must have been prepared early. The rubbery texture was hard to swallow.

I expect better of a...

Liked: Location was good for our purposes. Breakfast was good. The room had a mildewed smell, and the carpet was very wet under the sink— which is where the smell emanated from. Bed was fairly comfortable. Bathtub was NOT clean!
Disliked: See answer above, “what did you like”
