Small hotel, quiet , and...

Liked: The room was charged a premium rate as they stated it had a hot tub. What they failed to mentioned is the tub in the room was small and just a regular old tub. A little false advertising.Also had to wait to checkout while the front desk clerk was on the phone. Several people had asked if I was helped but no one helped me.
Disliked: Cost for extra that was not provided. Morning check out staff.
